About Me

My name is James Hafner. I'm located in Austin, TX and I love the warm weather. I'm married to my beautiful wife, Elizabeth, who is an amazingly-talented photographer. Together we have a photography company called Vignette Photography.

I've had my hands in web development for over 5 years, building websites for people and companies in my spare time. I graduated from Missouri State University with a B.A. in Electronic Arts. From there I moved to Austin where I worked for three years at a medium-sized web company providing hundreds of businesses and organizations assistance in getting their site online and honing their web presence. However, in late 2008 I left that company to focus completely on freelance web development and consulting. I'm so glad I did!

I now work as the Senior Developer at Cory Webb Media and as a blogger at How To Joomla!.
